Efamol Brain Formula, also known as Efalex Brain Formula, is  a food supplement rich in DHA.  It also contains EPA, GLA and AA, among other ingredients.  DHA and EPA are long chain omega-3 fatty acids that we all need to source from our diet.  DHA supports normal brain and eye function while both DHA and EPA contribute to normal heart function.  GLA and AA are omega-6 fatty acids and are also needed to keep you healthy.  Efamol Brain is very popular with students in the run-up to exams.

Efamol Brain  Formula is a unique blend of fish and evening primrose oils.

How to Take

Efamol Brain is suitable for adults and children over 3 years of age.  The dose for children from 3 to 5 years is 2 to 4 capsules daily with food or drink.  For children over 5 and adults the dose is 4 capsules per day.  We recommend taking a double dose for the first 12 weeks.
