Anusol HC Suppositories provide effective soothing relief from haemorrhoids (piles).  They are used internally to shrink piles, soothe itching and relieve pain and discomfort.

Who is this medicine for?

This medicine can be used by adults (over 18s).

How to use Anusol HC Suppositories

Wash your hands before and after use.  Remove wrapper and insert into the anus at night, in the morning, and after each bowel motion.  Do not take orally.

Precautions

Do not use if you are allergic to any product ingredient.  Consult your doctor before using if you have rectal bleeding or any blood in the stool.

Pregnancy and Breast Feeding

Please contact your GP or hospital doctor before using this medicine if you are pregnant or breast feeding

Ingredients

Contains Hydrocortisone Acetate (10mg), Zinc Oxide (296mg), Benzyl Benzoate (33mg), Bismuth Oxide (24mg), Peru Balsam (49mg) and Bismuth Subgallate (59mg) as the active ingredients.  Please see product packaging for a full list of other ingredients.  Pack size 24 suppositories.

How to store Anusol HC Suppositories

Do not store Anusol HC Suppositories above 25°C.  Do not use the product after the expiry date marked on the pack.  Keep all medicines out of reach of children and remember to return all unused or out of date medicines to your pharmacy for safe disposal.
